MiLand is Pakistan's first AI-powered real estate platform. We are building the place where buyers, renters, owners and agents can all see the same honest picture of the market.
Property search in Pakistan runs on phone calls, screenshots and trust you cannot verify. The same house appears five times at three prices. Listings stay up months after they are sold. You call a number and reach someone who has never seen the place.
We think the problem is not a lack of listings — it is that nobody can tell which ones are real. So MiLand is built the other way round: a listing has one home, one price and one publisher you can look up. Agencies carry a verification badge that means Miland checked. Expired listings come down on their own.
On top of that we put the thing that actually saves time — an AI assistant you can talk to the way you would talk to a friend who knows the market. Say “5 marla house in Johar Town under 2 crore” and it understands.
And the part that matters most to us: listing a property on MiLand is free. Not free for a trial, not free until you need to be seen — free. Advertisers pay for our audience so that Pakistanis do not have to pay to reach their own market.
